61 national teams took part in the qualifying competition of the 2021 Tennis Europe Nations Challenge by HEAD, Europe's summer team event for players aged 12 & Under. Two teams from each of the four qualifying groups (highlighted in red) advanced to the final rounds in Dijon (boys) and Ajaccio (girls) from 5-8 August.
At the last edition (held in 2019), Russian teams reached both finals - the girls beat Slovakia to win the title for a sixth time, while the boys were runners-up to Czech Republic, who claimed a first title.
