Tennis Europe celebrates 50 years with new look

Tennis Europe has unveiled new branding as the organisation kicks off its 50th anniversary celebrations.

Designed to connect with a new generation of players, fans and stakeholders, the range of logos introduced today represents the first such update for the European Tennis Federation in over two decades.

Tennis Europe’s new main logo is a creative fusion of a tennis ball, the letter ‘E’  - symbolising Europe - and speed lines conveying the dynamism of both the sport and the organisation as it enters its 6th decade.

This vibrant aquamarine green symbol is complemented by a contrasting blue font on white background, offering some continuity with Tennis Europe’s traditional colours.

In parallel, new branding has also been launched for the Tennis Europe Junior Tour – over 500 international tournaments for players aged 12, 14 and 16 & Under, held annually in almost all of the Regional Association’s 50 member nations.

The new Junior Tour logo is a typographic wordmark designed to reflect the energy and fun of junior tennis and is available in a range of eye-catching colours. The stylised ‘TOUR’ features a modern interpretation of the ball and connected letters to symbolise progress and development, highlighting the Junior Tour’s role as a first step on the pathway to becoming a professional tennis player.

Speaking at Tennis Europe’s Annual General Meeting, being held this week in Antalya, Türkiye, President Henrik Thorsøe Pedersen said, “For the first time, our corporate logo is aligned with those of the Junior Tour and our flagship events, giving the organisation an enhanced and cohesive identity. We have crafted a range of logos that are modern and appealing, conveying the key values of Tennis Europe and the Junior Tour and which we believe will help us to better connect with our community of players and tournaments and other stakeholders for years to come.”

The Junior Tour’s flagship events, including the European Junior Championships, Junior Masters, Carlos Moyà 12&U Festival and the Winter & Summer Cups (European Indoor & Outdoor Junior Team Championships) will all undergo a corresponding revamp, as will Tennis Europe’s other signature competitions the European Beach Tennis Championships, European Masters Championships and European Masters Club Championships.
