The Carlos Moya 12 & Under Festival is currently taking place at the Rafa Nadal Academy by Movistar in Mallorca, Spain. This fourth edition, running from November 12 to 17, features European champions from Category 1 tournaments, with each nation allowed a maximum of two boys and two girls to compete.
