In the coming six weeks, 259 national teams across four age categories will fight for the European Summer Cups title, the region’s biggest junior team competition. The event starts this weekend with the 14 & Under age category, featuring 36 boys’ and 37 girls’ teams who will begin their qualifying matches at eight different venues across Europe.
From each qualifying group, two teams will progress to the final stages, held in Valencia (boys) and Loano (girls) from July 5-7.
The 14 & Under Summer Cups act as the European qualifiers for the ITF World Junior Tennis event. The top five European teams will join the host, Czechia, in the finals.
